Primitivo is a vine with ancient origins that we find mainly in Puglia; it is here that it has distant roots in time and expresses its maximum intensity. Bold wine with fruity notes of cherry jam, dark honey, amaretto, dried apricots and bitter almonds. A wine with a remarkable structure that ends with notes of long-lasting sweetness. It goes perfectly with robust dishes, game and aged cheeses.

| Vinification | Manual harvest of the grapes. Very delicate destemming to keep the berries intact. Maceration and fermentation at controlled temperature for about 15-18 days in steel. Repeated delestage, cap immersion and soft pressing. The refinement takes place in steel tanks for 6 months. |
