Rosso Puglia
€11.90
Our red is obtained from a selection of 100% Montepulciano grapes in the vineyard. It is a red grape variety that is widespread throughout central and southern Italy and has always been cultivated in our area and is very well suited to both red and white vinification. Wine with an impenetrable ruby red color with violet reflections and hints of red fruit such as plum, currant, strawberry and black cherry. The long maceration with the skins makes it elegant, soft and balanced with a remarkable aromatic complexity. Pleasant to drink young but with good aging prospects. It goes well with elaborate dishes based on game and aged cheeses. Ideal with meat sauces and arrosticini.
