The family

Tenuta Ferrero is history, traditions and family.
Since 1960, the Ferrero family has dedicated all of itself to taking care of its lands destined for vineyards and olive groves.
Located in Serracapriola, a municipality in the province of Foggia on the border with Molise, the father Nicola has managed to pass on to his children, Mariagrazia, Alessandro and Sara, a pure and devoted love for the Daunian territory and the goodness it offers.
The boys immediately grasped the importance of the family business and the treasures it produces, so much so that they make it their daily bread and already have a well-defined future in their own hands.
Those hands are the secret of the Ferrero family, a real mastery in caring for and working the land, from which to obtain products of excellence in full respect of nature and its times.

The cellar

Tenuta Ferrero has a large cellar in which to give life to an excellent product.
From cultivation to processing of the grapes, the best technology has been applied to the wine supply chain to keep up with the times, without forgetting the past.
A past refined thanks to the help of modern equipment that facilitates the quality control of the wine produced, without altering it.
A management process that aims at sustainability to ensure the traceability of the supply chain with greater controls on the land and crops.
An encounter between wine and technology aimed at improving production while respecting nature, its production cycles and its authentic quality.

The company

Tenuta Ferrero was born in 1960 out of love for their town, Serracapriola, and its lands. Over the years this passion born from grandfather Alessandro and handed down from father to son, has given the lifeblood to convey a strong feeling of belonging and love towards wine and oil production.
Today Tenuta Ferrero is a company with an important past focused on a vision of excellence and enhancement of the Serrano area with prospects for continuous growth and innovation.

The vineyards

Thanks to its strategic position on the border between Puglia and Molise, Serracapriola wines are known for their originality and uniqueness. This is the FRUIT of the obsessive care of the land on which the rows are placed combined with a microclimate mitigated by the influence of the sea.
Nothing is left to chance, each stage is taken care of down to the smallest detail to give the land and its fruits the attention that is fundamental for the success of the product, a perfect reflection of a poetic art made up of verses dictated by nature.

The olive groves

The olive groves occupy 21 hectares of the Agro di Serra giving horizons rich and full of history; centuries-old trees enclose and preserve past traditions, showing them only at the time of harvesting. The extra virgin olive oil is extracted from Provenzale cultivar olives typical of Serracapriola which are preserved as the town's olive-growing heritage. Much care and dedication is dedicated to the olive groves which are proof of an authentic, healthy, village-like territory that must always be safeguarded, as it constitutes the origins of the Ferrero family.
