Wine production

The passion for this work and the characteristics of the territory have allowed the cultivation of different vines and the relative production of different types of wines.
The constant study and analysis of the results guarantee the excellent quality of the Tenuta Ferrero wines; over the years, in fact, the techniques have been refined, the experiences have matured and the attention to always doing better has brought a lot of work, sacrifice and the will to create excellent wines to be savored. And here they are the lines of wines, which describe the Ferrero Estate in every aspect through the colours, scents and flavors of a deeply loved territory that offers inspiration every day.

Linea 1960

The excellent line of the Tenuta Ferrero winery dedicated to two typical local vines: Primitivo and Falanghina. Two bottles that clearly express the close link to the territory and the company's solidity, given respectively by the irregular trend of the label that recalls the hilly horizon of Serracapriola and the lateral circle to express the continuity over time of a tradition that has continued since 1960, the year in which the Ferrero Estate kicked off its winemaking reality.

Terre di Serra

Different types of wines create a single line dedicated to Serracapriola: Terre di Serra.
Six wines that describe the Serrano land through the flavours, aromas and colors typical of the vines grown here; from Bombino to Fiano, from Vermentino to Chardonnay, from Rosso Montepulciano to Moscato. Everything smacks of home, of a village tradition that is part of the estate and which constitutes the authentic origin of what we see today.

Sylvis

Sylvis, the rosé wine that contains the story of our origins; roots that take shape in a product of the earth and that is born from the earth. Sylvis is a tribute to the legendary origins of the village of Serracapriola and to Santa Maria in Sylvis, the Madonna protagonist of the story who sees a count chasing a roe deer to hunt it. The roe takes refuge in a cave where he is found kneeling before the image of the Madonna; and it is here that the inhabitants decide to erect a church around which to build Serracapriola. Sylvis's label recalls exactly what happened by seeing in the vine tree, which represents our roots, the roe deer saved by the Madonna that gave rise to our beloved town; roots from the distant past, projected upwards as a sign of growth, future and perspective.
